By using ChicagoVPS services, you agree to comply with our Acceptable Use Policy (AUP) and Terms of Service (TOS). Please read these terms carefully.

1. Resource Usage

Virtual Private Servers (VPS) are allotted a specific amount of CPU, RAM, and Disk I/O. Prolonged maxing of resources that affects neighboring nodes is prohibited.

2. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly forbidden on our network:

• DDoS attacks (originating from or targeting our servers)
• Spamming, Phishing, or Bulk Mailing (Port 25 is blocked by default)
• Hosting malware, botnets, or illegal content
• Unlicensed software distribution

3. Refund Policy

We offer a 3-day money-back guarantee for new clients on their first service. Dedicated servers and software licenses are non-refundable.
