Will ChicagoVPS provide support for my service?

ChicagoVPS is a 24/7/365 operation with trained techs to always have an answer for you. Since we are an unmanaged provider, we are only required to provide support on network and hardware related issues. Anything beyond that scope, you would have to pay for administrative tech time.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept PayPal, and major credit cards.

What happens if I run out of bandwidth?

If your VPS uses all of its bandwidth for the month, it will be automatically suspended. You may buy more bandwidth at that point or ahead of time. Please contact support for pricing.

Where are your servers located?

We offer 6 locations across the United States. - Buffalo, NY - Chiocago, IL - Piscataway, NJ - Atlanta, GA - Dallas, TX - Los Angeles, CA

Does ChicagoVPS backup VPS data?

ChicagoVPS takes internal backups for disaster recovery reasons. These backups should NOT be relied upon as a customer backup. We do offer paid backup services.

How do I order more IP's?

If you wish to order more IPs you will have to open up a support ticket with our sales team. We will require proper justification for allocation of additional IP addresses.

How can I monitor my server status?

Our VPS control panel allows you to perform any operation such as Start, Stop, Restart, Re-Install, etc. There are also network graphs that will show the status of your VPS and the bandwidth usage.

My order was labeled as Fraud, what should I do?

Occassionally our fraud detection can mark legitimate orders as fraud, and we do appologize in advance. If this happens to you, simply open a support ticket and supply the required identification to allow up to process the order.
