Linux PC manufacturer System76 has announced an update to its Meerkat line of mini PCs, introducing new models that feature the Intel Core Ultra 7 255H Arrow Lake processors. This follows the January launch of models equipped with the earlier Intel Core Ultra Series 1 Meteor Lake processors. The latest models not only bring enhanced speed but also include a more affordable option, starting at $599.
All Meerkat versions come with a minimum of 16GB DDR5 RAM and a 500GB PCIe 4.0 SSD. However, only the pricier configurations feature the Arrow Lake chips. The entry-level variant includes an Intel Core 3 100U (Raptor Lake), with more advanced configurations providing options such as the Intel Core Ultra 5 225U and the Intel Core Ultra 7 255U.
